<strong>Mr. Tony Hudson</strong> has had more than 18 years of sales and marketing experience having served as Sales and Marketing Director for several corporations – particularly specializing in the development of small companies in the sports, entertainment, design, marketing, and online product sales industries.
Mr. Hudson is well versed in the areas of product development, directing sales marketing programs, technology and digital media products and services, and advanced as well as conventional media advertising sales. His skills also extend to expertise in the online environment to include Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and eMarketing. He has dealt with large corporations to develop strategic partnerships and put together revenue-generating collaborations that are always a win-win for both organizations.
As an entrepreneur, Mr. Hudson founded an Internet kiosk company (www.kiosk4u.com), an eMarketing company (e3MarketStreet.com), and an upscale entertainment company – VIP Access Elite, later changed to VIP Access Clubs. VIP Access Clubs is based in Scottsdale, AZ, and provides exclusive services, international memberships, products, and events for Celebrities, Millionaires, VIPs, Executives, and those who want to be a part of the VIP Lifestyle. The company sponsors high-end events that include cruises, membership clubs, and social networking for target ages 25 to 45, which are affluent and seek to be highly successful in life and business. Its media resources enable selected affiliates to effectively motivate their target market.
He holds an MBA in eBusiness as well as MS in Internet Marketing; both of which enable him to oversee the entire Internet and online business operations of G.I. Joe Coffee worldwide.
Mr. Hudson is a USAF Academy Graduate and flew as a Weapons Systems Officer in jet fighters for 10 years.

Mr. Cunha is a serial entrepreneur and founder of Mionix Corporation a biotechnology company focused on innovative antimicrobial agents and food and feed additives including the shrimp feed additive (Vitoxal) which helps to control bacteria in young shrimp. Mionix Corporation was sold in August 2015 to Mionix LLC (www.mionix.com and www.mionixmanufacturing.com). He is also the Founder and Managing Member of Patmos Holdings I, LLC a holding company that retains ownership in Royal Caridea, LLC. Mr. Cunha serves on the Board of several companies including Texas Enterosorbents, Inc., a developer, and licensor of the technology, and served on the Board of Salient Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Prior experience includes over twenty-five years of senior management focused on automation manufacturing, business development, finance, and investment management. During this time, he helped grow Andermac Inc., a medical manufacturer, to a 25% US market share and oversaw the growth of another startup (InterMag, Inc.) from startup to $72MM in sales in three years. Mr. Cunha graduated summa cum laude from Washington State University with a BS and an MBA from Chapman University.

My media experience was gleaned from Radio and Television stations throughout Australia & the United States over many years. After my 'round one' life in the media, I was fortunate to have had a very successful career in the resort real estate and vacation ownership industry and won many sales awards in the mixed-use real estate genre. That company consulted on and produced fractional real estate projects in North America, Mexico, Vanuatu, New Zealand, and Phillip Island in Victoria Australia. Residing in Arizona and enjoying media 'round two', I run three businesses all related to business marketing and success. Phil Dismukes is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy with a B.S. in Engineering and of the USAF Fighter Weapons School Instructor Course. During his 23 years of experience in the Air Force and Air National Guard, he flew the F-16 and was deployed in Operation Desert Storm, Operation Southern Watch, and Operation Northern Watch. Phil retired as a Lieutenant Colonel and founded BGI in 1994 after recognizing shortcomings in the engineering development cycle of complex training systems, services, and products. With the vision of always keeping the end-user’s requirements top-of-mind, Phil created BGI on the foundation of investing ample time and effort in eliciting the knowledge of experienced operational professionals in the early phases of a project. He is highly involved in the industry outside of running BGI as a member of the Business Executives for National Security, as a member of the “Get Head Strong” project committee, as an ambassador for the Folded Flag Foundation, as a trustee for the USAFA Falcon Foundation, and sits on the board of directors for AIRLAND Aerospace, Spectre Pursuit Group, AIRLAND Battle Group, and Quadrant Training Solutions, LLC. Phil is married to Dr. Jennifer Dismukes and they have six children.

Jennifer Hill began her career in the commercial real estate industry over 20 years ago with Westfield Corp in California, joining SVN in 2017. Jennifer's focus is Tenant Representation and Landlord Representation from ground-up development to re-development, acquisition, and disposition of assets. Jennifer has worked for area developers and landlords in both Arizona and California. She has been instrumental in site selection for local, regional and national retail tenants.
Jennifer grew up in San Diego, California. She was introduced to the world of commercial real estate by working for the General Contractor building Junior Seau’s restaurant, “Seau’s” at Mission Valley Center for the Owner, Westfield Corporation. At the completion of Seau’s, Westfield recruited her and brought her to L.A. where Jennifer had oversight of 24 Westfield properties Tenant Coordination openings. After Westfield, she co-founded a kiosk brokerage company when kiosks were a new way for landlords to add additional GLA. Later heading regional expansion for a local MCI West Coast Master Agent, Allstate Cellular, then moving to Arizona in 2001 to join RED Development’s Leasing team.
Jennifer strives to uphold personal core values: High integrity, professionalism, speed, responsiveness, and service to her clients. She treats start-ups and sophisticated clients equally, helping to strategically navigate through the deal process from critical needs assessment to the executed contract. She has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and serves as a Senior Advisor - Retail Leasing and Investment Sales for the largest SVN office in Arizona. She manages real estate development for Bob Parsons projects as well.

Scott Gilbert is a Finance Executive with over 20 years of experience spanning the Telecommunications, Education, and Software industries. With a keen focus on optimizing customer lifetime value, Scott has excelled in finding business solutions that enhance profitability and increase business valuation, inclusive of mergers and acquisitions activity. Scott is currently the Vice President of FP&A for Spear Education.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Florida and currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona.
